One of the group’s co-founders, Václav Eduard Štercl, conceived of the Non-Formal Group with dreams of collaborating on Erasmus+ projects and eventually organizing one himself. He shared an idea with his friend Stela, who immediately embraced it enthusiastically due to their extensive experience as participants in Erasmus projects. They began laying the groundwork for their initiative collaboratively.
