About ANT Network
We are a pan-European network of youth organisations united by a shared vision: high-quality, impactful Erasmus+ mobility for every young person.
How we started
ANT Network (ggs.ngo) was founded in 2015 by five youth organisations from Romania, Italy, Turkey, the Netherlands, and Germany. Frustrated by the complexity of applying for Erasmus+ projects alone, they decided to pool resources, expertise, and contacts to create a sustainable mobility partnership.
Over the years, the network has grown to include organisations from more than five countries, and has facilitated over 300 youth mobilities through youth exchanges, training courses, and EVS/ESC volunteering placements.
What we stand for
Intercultural dialogue
We believe meeting people from different backgrounds transforms young people’s worldview and builds lasting European friendships.
Non-formal education
All our projects use experiential, non-formal learning methods — workshops, simulations, outdoor activities, and peer-to-peer learning.
Inclusion
We actively prioritise young people with fewer opportunities, ensuring Erasmus+ is accessible to those who need it most.

Network organisations apply
Member organisations propose project ideas to the network coordinator.

Partnerships are formed
We match complementary organisations and build a diverse cross-national team.

Erasmus+ application
The lead organisation submits the Erasmus+ KA1 or KA2 application.

Project runs
Participants travel, learn, connect, and return home transformed.

Impact is shared
Outcomes and resources are published and disseminated across the network.
